An Extremely Large (over 1000sq ft) Master Suite with its own living room, fireplace and more. Lets not forget the wonderful Ocean and Bay Views.

Outside of the Master Suite is the ocean and bay view deck with Jacuzzi and Dry Sauna.

The Master Suite's Bath offers you the ability to relax in the terrific 6' soaking tub and/or the Oversized Steam Shower that has 4 shower heads that easily accommodates two people!!!!

Across the rear yard is a two car detached garage that also has an extra room that includes a full bath. This room could be used as a 5th bedroom, granny flat, office, you name it. At the moment there are no pictures available but it is approximately 15 x 18 with ten foot high ceilings. On top of the garage is a 900+ square foot ocean view deck that is used for lounging in the sun and entertaining.

This home comes with a 180 gallon salt water reef tank that will be cared for by our tank cleaning crew. The only thing the new tenants will be required to do is feed the fish once every two to three days. Other than that it is all about the enjoyment and we guarantee that your children will LOVE it!

Monthly rental rates start at $5400.00 US based on length of stay and time of year. Summer months and short term rates are more. Deposits and Credit checks are required on ALL of our rentals.
